Each summer long;
Under the sunlight and below the willow trees.
The thought of you smiling;
And laughing with my children
Often haunts me.
Angry and forlorn,
Like a ghost from the past;
There is a love so profound,
Broken but yet it shall last.
Torment and passion,
Slumbering between our lips,
And the lies we thoughtlessly wove.
I know your essence like I know myself.
On that warm sunset when I touched you; Between your belly and waist,
I found a temporary deceitful paradise.
I could lose all but not your essence since it shall be my most precious memory.
So much blood shall flow now.
I dreamt of biting your lips and killing everything that is between us.
You and the night, you and the mountain. You and the tomorrow, you and the today,
Stay away; stay away; stay away.
What we want we cannot have. And wanting it all the more is the mishap.
I have slept over words and sentences,
I have sleept with my useless desires and the enemies of my mind.
And yet I finally lost you, you finally lost me. As the moon swept down and wept.
Beautiful penmanship..
